These types of tours are always a crapshoot because you're dealing with unpredictable animals, but we went in with a lot of patience and low expectations, and we were both really happy with the experience. Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. (Again, we weren't given good info about where to meet our guide, so that was another frustrating miscommunication.)
